WOW!!! The diamond looks AMAZING!!! I just got back from FedEX and tore apart what felt like 10 boxes (you don?ˆ™t make it easy for an anxious man to get to the ring J) and finally saw the diamond and all I can say is WOW!!! When I started looking around a couple of months ago to get an idea of what a 1 to 1.25 ct. diamond looked like in person I was a little disappointed, but this looks NOTHING like what I saw in the stores! I am thoroughly amazed by your service and the quality of your products, and the ridiculously fast shipping (I was about to call my credit union to find out if they actually sent the wire and then I noticed the e-mail from you that the ring had been sent and was already waiting for me)! You will be getting a lot of recommendations! Now I just hope I can come up with some solution to my dilema of the Patriots playoff game being scheduled right in the middle of my proposal plans (she?ˆ™s a big Pats fan)! After seeing the ring I don?ˆ™t think I?ˆ™ll be able to wait until the following weekend (I don?ˆ™t know if I?ˆ™ll be able to wait until Saturday!)! I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
