I had a wonderful experience with Whiteflash from beginning to end.

I upgraded my engagement ring and had considered a few other online, big vendors before deciding to go with Whiteflash because of their upgrade policies and because I saw a couple of diamonds I loved. I narrowed down my searches to two diamonds and a three or four settings. Brittany was wonderful. She went above and beyond sending additional pictures and videos of the diamonds side-by-side and went so far as to send me a picture of two settings I liked on her finger so I could tell which one to pick. Once I got the ring I noticed that the crown was not set perfectly. Not ideal, but the way Vera handled the issue made me realize that Whiteflash was the way to go (things happen and I am a perfectionist, someone else might have been super happy with the results). Vera made sure the crown was fixed, sent me several pictures of the ring before it shipped, removed all fees and made sure to overnight it so I could have it in time before my trip. What a team!!! And the final product is beautiful!!!
