My wife absolutely loves the rings - she is super happy! She is very particular about the finer details and Whiteflash delivered. Communication along the journey was excellent - not once did I feel put off or ignored when either my wife or I had questions - and we had plenty for sure! When we called someone always answered the phone. I will highly recommend WF to anyone who is in the market. Building trust is key when purchasing something as expensive as a diamond ring online, especially for a guy like me who went into knowing nothing about diamonds. I liked the engagement with the web site, especially the transparency about pricing, ring photos/images, certifications, etc. I shopped around quite a bit - no one came close!!
