My experience with Whiteflash was excellent from start to finish. First of all I found myself needing my ring order rushed by about 3 business days. Their Diamond Consultant Michelle Adams reached out to me and was amazing to deal with every step of the way. She handled my request to rush the order internally and confirmed the ring could be rushed with rushed overnight shipping and no extra charge. As for the product, it is beyond expectations. The cut above Whiteflash diamonds are worth every penny and the sparkle is amazing in every light. I was hesitant to making such a life changing purchase online but Michelle's assurance was enough for me and the ring arrived on time and was shipped securely. You will not find a better cut of diamond anywhere else. Thanks.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
