My online experience feel much more like an in-person shopping collaboration to find the perfect pair of earrings.

Purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings for my wife and the entire experience with Whiteflash was a pleasure. First the earrings were beautiful and my wife loves them. Second my "consultant" Becca was extremely helpful. She gave me solid advice, suggested diamonds that met my 4c's selections and provided timely feedback to my questions. She made an online experience feel much more like an in-person shopping collaboration to find the perfect pair of earrings. I am very happy with the diamonds that we settled on. Thank you for your help. I recommend them and will shop with the again in the future.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
