She was thrilled with the ring and diamond!

She said yes! I’d like to convey my thanks to Whiteflash for helping me with my engagement ring order, especially for Brittany’s assistance! I appreciated her help and patience in selecting and ordering the diamond and setting. Her advice and data was very helpful in determining the right ring! It can be hard to develop a presence online and deliver a good customer experience, but I’m happy with the way she promptly communicated the same day — whether be it a result or status. It made me more comfortable with investing in such a large purchase online. And while I had some concerns over the prolonged timing of the delivery, she stepped in and helped influence an earlier date. Thanks to the Whiteflash team for making the proposal even more special with a perfect ring!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
