The whole team at Whiteflash have been great from start to finish.

The entire Whiteflash team was outstanding! Responsive and professional during my engagement ring buying process/ordeal. I did a lot of research, but nothing beats seeing a ring in person which means buying online can be tricky. Luckily, the sales rep Becca was knowledgeable, and extremely patient and understanding as I decided what I really wanted as a first time diamond buyer. As a result, my fiancée and I were thrilled with the final product. It sparkles like crazy and she could not stop stealing glances at it all weekend. The certificate and box it comes in are beautiful as well.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
