I'll be back when I want to upgrade to a larger diamond with the generous upgrade policy!

I was interested in purchasing a small diamond pendant for myself and Becca was there to help me every step of the way. I couldn't decide which setting I wanted, but Becca was patient, prompt, gave great advice and even got me a quote for a non-catalog setting. I ended up ordering a Whiteflash setting that I didn't like as much in person, but I was able to very easily send the pendant back and switch it out for a slightly different setting. The end result is perfect - the diamond (A Cut Above) sparkles like crazy - and it was a seamless experience all around.
