Bob, I just want to thank you for helping me pick my BEAUTIFUL setting and for working with me on the purchase of my diamond. I got the ring on Friday and I absolutely LOVE it! I can see a hint of yellow, but I guess that after having owned a D color it will be hard not to notice when going down to a J. The hint of color really does not bother me because the diamond is on ""fire"" :) Thank you again for all you help. I will contact you when I am ready for the upgrade :)

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
