A Jet Blue Proposal

Dear WhiteFlash My new fiancee and I want to express our total gratitude to the people over @ Whiteflash. I was about to take the biggest and most important step of my life and your staff were so helpful and genuinely excited for us that it made it so easy for me to pull it off without going crazy. So many things were happening and your customer service helped hold it all together. They arranged it with Vatche to let me drop of my diamond directly @ their location and offered a very quick four hour turn-around time to have the setting ready to go. You guys assured me and made me comfortable with leaving this huge investment with them. It turned out gorgeous. When I mean I couldn''''t put it down for three weeks I am understating it. It was fantastic. With the extra time I now had due to you guys working your tails off for me, I was able to plan a wonderful surprise trip to Puerto Rico and a surprise proposal aboard our jetBlue flight. The pilot even gave us our first engagement present, a navigational map with the exact latitude and longitude where I proposed and with personal messages from each crew member. The map is now framed and on our wall for all to enjoy. I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
