Top notch customer service.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous - no exaggeration. It’s stunning, and even more so in sunlight. Everyone I’ve had the opportunity to work with at Whiteflash, from selecting a diamond and setting, to billing, and now shipping, EVERYONE, has demonstrated absolutely top notch customer service and communication skills. You folks really do seem to put the customer first, no matter where in the process they’re at. It’s so unusual to come across that these days, and it’s very refreshing! Thanks to you, and everyone else there, for going above and beyond the call of duty in providing such a stellar client experience!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.
