Worked with Brittany both times and she was very professional, patient, and willing to go above & beyond. They even made a digital mockup of my custom idea within 1 day to help me come to a final decision. Sometimes I feel that I ask too many questions and it's because I like to make an informed decision. Never once did Brittany lose her patience, and she guided me the entire way to a purchase that I can truly be completely satisfied with. When I plan to purchase jewelry again I will definitely be back. The quality is outstanding and beyond what I can find locally in my city.
