I am the last person you would expect to buy a diamond ring online. My wife has been asking for an upgrade for a long time so I finally relented and found WF with their comprehensive online service. Working with Brittany and her team made the entire process stress-free. Emails and phone calls were promptly handled- the service was outstanding! Picking the stone was easy. WF knew exactly what I was looking for-I picked 'A Cut Above' diamond. I can honestly say, I trust WH more than our local jeweler! When I gave the ring to her she said "You bought a diamond online?" She was shocked and quickly converted over to WF in no time when she decided to have them customize the setting. Whiteflash is the real deal! Give Brittany a call or message her on the web site. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
