I am the last person you would expect to buy a diamond ring online. My wife has been asking for an upgrade for a long time so I finally relented and found WF with their comprehensive online service. Working with Brittany and her team made the entire process stress-free. Emails and phone calls were promptly handled- the service was outstanding! Picking the stone was easy. WF knew exactly what I was looking for-I picked 'A Cut Above' diamond. I can honestly say, I trust WH more than our local jeweler! When I gave the ring to her she said "You bought a diamond online?" She was shocked and quickly converted over to WF in no time when she decided to have them customize the setting. Whiteflash is the real deal! Give Brittany a call or message her on the web site. We worked with Liza, who patiently and diligently guided us through the complicated world of diamond specifications and helped us find exactly the diamond we wanted at a value we felt great about. We weren't exactly the easiest customers (we may have tested her patience a little!), but she was incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive throughout the entire process.
