My fiancée couldn't be happier with her engagement ring!

I fortunately found Whiteflash searching for the perfect diamond - engagement ring, Michelle whom was kind enough to guide me through the whole process. At first I wasn't able to feel comfortable in purchasing an expensive item such as jewelry on-line, however, Michelle was able to explain to me the comfort of purchasing online, without any setbacks. Everything was just as she explained it to be, I received the diamond-engagement ring without any problems. Michelle was such an enjoyment to work with, the ring and diamond was perfect and my fiancée couldn't be happier with her engagement ring. I searched a lot of online diamond retailers, and their reviews, and it kept coming back to Whiteflash being the best, most trusted, with the best customer satisfaction, and service. I can truly say, I believe from my experience, they are the best in their business and I will be going back to them to purchase a wedding band for my wife.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
