WhiteFlash really is A CUT ABOVE the competition! Their diamond selection, their showroom floor, their attentiveness to their customer (you), their knowledge of diamonds, their willingness to teach and help you understand your purchase, and Becca, easily puts them A CUT ABOVE the competition. Before coming to WhiteFlash, I was shopping for an engagement ring mostly inside the malls. I didn't know the first thing about diamonds so shopping at the mall made sense to me. I thought I could move around more freely and easily and just look. But I learn when I did need help, the sales person wasn't always so attentive to my needs as they were more interested in making a sale so their attention would easily shift to the next guy who they thought they could make a sale with. That grew old and annoying quick. When I first arrived at WhiteFlash with my girlfriend, we didn't know an appointment was needed. Vera assured us it was quite alright and that she would alert the next available person. We were not expecting to meet a diamond expert and enthusiast. Becca explained and educated us more about diamonds in our first visit with her than all the brick-and-mortar store sales person combined. Becca's knowledge and love for diamonds showed and my attention and willingness to learn easily gravitated towards her. No longer did I feel she was just trying to make a sale. I was easily mesmerized by the way she talked about diamonds. All of this allowed me to select and purchase a diamond I was extremely proud to make and present to my girlfriend/future wife. Of course, she said yes! The other staff members I got to work with at WhiteFlash were also great. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address my many questions as best they could. The location felt safe and secured. Every visit felt very personal and private. There are no transients looking for an opportunity to spy on you. My wife has a ring she loves.
