I had expected an impressive ring and this has exceeded my expectations

I think any words I could put together together wouldn't do it justice. I had expected an impressive ring and this has exceeded my expectations. The diamond is phenomenal and I'm happy with the setting I chose as it really presents the diamond as the focus of the ring well. The box the ring came in is a bit crooked when opened but it closes nicely. I'm not too worried about this but it's something other customers might be bothered by. Overall I'm pleased with all aspects of the ring and the service from whiteflash.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The diamond earrings I purchase for my wife’s birthday came out beautiful.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
