Whiteflash turned a very daunting process into a pleasant one.

Engagement ring - quality. I don't know much about diamonds but I bought a cut above series princess diamond to propose, and now I can tell the difference. People that do know about diamonds acknowledge the superior quality. My now fiancée loves the ring and I feel that I could not have made a better choice. Customer service - immediately after my first inquiry, Becca was very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and flexible. Her input and expertise made the process unbelievably smooth. I am very thankful that she was so accommodating when it came to customizations, alternatives, policy windows, and resizing. Overall very satisfied with Whiteflash’s products and service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking into an engagement ring as they turned a very daunting process into a pleasant one.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
