I absolutely ❤️ LOVE my engagement ring and my wedding band!

They are so pretty and sparkly. I receive so many compliments! My husband Mark was referred to Whiteflash by a close friend who had purchased a ring for his wife several years ago. Without going into all the details my husband's initial contact was with Brittany. She was extremely informative and patient. By the time Mark was ready to get down on one knee Brittany was on maternity leave. Debbie Wexler, the CEO, reached out to Mark and put him in touch with Becca. Becca was incredible! She communicated with Mark through email and by phone working towards the goal of purchasing the best ring within his budget. It was a wonderful proposal that totally surprised me. Once I had the ring on my hand I wanted to know all the details about the ring and so I am sharing that information today. Mark and I would thoroughly recommend Whiteflash. I absolutely love my engagement ring and wedding band set!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here about a year ago, and he had such an incredible experience working with Michelle that we knew we wanted to come back for our wedding bands. The shopping experience was phenomenal!

Easy to navigate, and tons of options to select the perfect diamonds with thoroughly listed details and photos (if available). I wanted to ensure the diamonds I bought were of the best cut quality possible and they too prioritized cut with their “a cut above” rated diamonds showing up first by default. All ideal cuts had several types of photos under various lights if you’re into that. I bought earring settings and when purchased with diamonds they set them for free! I especially liked the ability to select between natural and lab grown easily. They also have a feature where you can select multiple diamonds with similar features and sizes for things like earrings so that you get “matching” pairs with all the details of both diamonds! Fast shipping (although to no fault of white flash, fed ex was delayed by 2 days), however the option to ship to a FedEx secure pickup was amazing so then you don’t have to wait at home or be afraid of the package getting stolen or lost on your property. Customer service was also top notch, got an individualized email from a consultant (and a phone call) to ensure my experience was met and if I had needed any additional assistance. Highly recommend white flash.
