I absolutely ❤️ LOVE my engagement ring and my wedding band!

They are so pretty and sparkly. I receive so many compliments! My husband Mark was referred to Whiteflash by a close friend who had purchased a ring for his wife several years ago. Without going into all the details my husband's initial contact was with Brittany. She was extremely informative and patient. By the time Mark was ready to get down on one knee Brittany was on maternity leave. Debbie Wexler, the CEO, reached out to Mark and put him in touch with Becca. Becca was incredible! She communicated with Mark through email and by phone working towards the goal of purchasing the best ring within his budget. It was a wonderful proposal that totally surprised me. Once I had the ring on my hand I wanted to know all the details about the ring and so I am sharing that information today. Mark and I would thoroughly recommend Whiteflash. Thank you soo much for helping him pick out a beautiful ring.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
