Thank you for helping me through this return process. The ring that came back is beautiful--not only were the prongs oriented symmetrically this time, but they were also slightly taller, elevating the diamond and giving the ring a more elegant look. I proposed to my partner with the ring last week. She hasn't been able to take her eyes off it since!
