It's gorgeous and looks fabulous on my hand.

I purchased my ring online from Europe without any problems at all. It was such an easy process. I was worried about the correct ring size, but Becca had sent me a ring sizer before the purchase, and the ring fits perfectly. The diamond and the setting are outstanding! I love my ring so much. The ACA diamond is so sparkly and really stands out. Thank you, Becca, for your friendly professionalism, decency, positivity, and efficiency. It is truly a pleasure doing business with you. I would highly recommend WF to everyone.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
