I never knew how much a cut matters, the sparkle is amazing!

She said yes :) I proposed in Honolulu during the night on the beach when no one was around. When I pulled out the ring, she couldn't help but notice how sparking it was even in the dark! Every time she looks at it, she cups her hand around it to see how shiny it is with or without light. Everyone she shows the diamond to is very impressed w/ the sparkles. Her mom even brought out several diamonds of her own to compare side by side and the hearts & arrows engagement ring outshines all of them. There is no comparison! The diamond looks much bigger than 1.2 carats, whenever I see the diamond on her finger in-person or by photo it looks like a 2 carat diamond. I never knew how much a cut matters, but now I know & I will pass along the knowledge to anyone I come across looking for the best of the best diamonds. I will definitely recommend you & Whiteflash to everyone!!! Thank you for such a special diamond that will last forever.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
