I bought an engagement ring and diamond online from Whiteflash early 2023 after a long search through online/local retailers. I was apprehensive buying online from the U.S.A, as I'm from Australia and cannot view in person. However, the communication throughout was of such a high quality that the people working at Whiteflash made it easy to trust them to make an engagement ring. They also easily have the best website to navigate, which provides the most information on each diamond that I found. After receiving the ring, I know I made the right choice. The picture of the engagement ring on their website did not do it justice. The finished product in person is absolutely stunning and beyond what I expected, and the 'A cut above' diamond sparkles beyond belief. Not a single local engagement ring I viewed, including 'hearts and arrows' cut, could compare when it comes to the brilliance and fire of the diamond. Every expectation was met and exceeded beyond belief. I'm very glad I took the risk buying online without seeing in person.
