I love it. I love what you and your company do. I’ve been to several high end jewelers in the Boston area (I’ve considered NYC as well, I live in CT lol) and it just doesn’t compare. I ask them for specifications (because cut really is king), select diamonds, sent them exact parameters of what I’m looking for, ask for viewings… and they never happen… they say it’s jury duty, or there’s no response at all lol. I pick online diamonds for an in person viewing, they say it’s a holiday weekend and might not get them in… with no follow up after that. Meanwhile, you’re able to send me what my diamond looks like the same day lol. As far as their quality… I think the others are way worse comparatively. They cut for carat, not for quality. They were offering subpar diamonds. I’ve researched what makes a diamond sparkle quite a bit. All the angles and measurements for optimal performance. You guys nail it!
