We are absolutely delighted with the diamond and we got engaged in June. I spent the past two months meticulously researching the market which has led me to Whiteflash, you guys seem to be honestly light years ahead of our domestic market in the UK, no-one in London seems to have heard of the concept of light performance analysis/grading which has been pretty baffling on a personal level... As some feedback your website is fantastic and the customer reviews are putting me at ease for an expensive overseas purchase without being able to come into your showroom in Texas. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
