I was STUNNED at how perfectly it turned out and THAT DIAMOND!!!

A little backstory: I got married in March and had the most beautiful bridal set. Unfortunately, I lost my engagement ring and wedding band on my honeymoon and it CRUSHED me. I was absolutely devastated! I did so much research before purchasing another set because that ring set was so important to me and I wanted it to be perfect. After reading more reviews than I care to count, I decided on Whiteflash. The determining factor for me was finding a setting that looked exactly like the one I had lost. I picked the perfect diamond for it and prayed that it closely resembled my original ring. I picked my rings up this morning from my local FedEx office, unboxed it in the car (because I'm so impatient) and CRIED. It's so perfect. It's ALMOST a dead ringer for my lost set. "Almost" because it's even more stunning than my original set. I was STUNNED at how perfectly it turned out and THAT DIAMOND!!! Thank you all for mending this broken heart. I am so grateful for the top notch customer service I experienced and the rings completely blew my expectations out of the water. From the bottom of my heart....Thank you all so much. I will definitely buy from Whiteflash again!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
