I initially purchased a diamond and setting online without talking to anyone, but after talking with Becca a couple times we determined that the diamond I had initially picked out would not meet my expectations. She was super understanding and offered to return the purchase immediately, no questions asked. Even though my husband and I decided to hold off on upgrading my ring (purchased from James Allen) for now, but can't wait to visit their showroom and pick my forever ring :)

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
