Becca and the Whiteflash team were an absolute pleasure to work with from my initial inquiry to receiving the stunning engagement ring and wedding ring set. Becca understood exactly what we were looking for, and made several recommendations, including their in-house designs which are beautifully crafted. We couldn't be more pleased or delighted with the ring set (Legato Micro Pave Engagement Ring and Halo Diamond Wedding Ring). The quality and workmanship of the rings is fantastic. Becca was instrumental in the selection of the diamond, the light performance is phenomenal and has exceeded our high expectations! I highly recommend Becca and the Whiteflash team. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience, can't thank you enough for providing both excellent service and a beautiful product. I will definitely be recommending Whiteflash.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
