I am absolutely thrilled with my new ring!

We just got back from a trip and, thanks to your fantastic overnight shipping, I was able to enjoy my beautiful new ring the whole time. I am absolutely thrilled with it. I was initially worried that the cut of a lab grown diamond wouldn’t meet the super ideal standards I was used to with your ACA line but the second I saw my ring I was ecstatic. The setting is perfect: not too high or low. I’m so glad I didn’t ask for it to be set lower. Thank you for getting through soft claw prongs for me. I just love the way they disappear into the stone. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you again for your help. Here’s how it looks with my wedding and anniversary bands. It’s like they were made for each other. Thank you!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
