The real measure of how an organisation like yourselves performs is not in the big, dramatic, long-winded, problematic jobs but the ease with which you do quick, first-time jobs like this one. Maybe I'm just sick of London ""customer service"" (heavily quote-unquote) but has made a big moment a lot easier. Cheers.
