My engagement ring is the most BEAUTIFUL ring I've ever seen in my entire life.

I wanted to leave a review here because it's long overdue. Brittany is an AMAZING sales rep here at Whiteflash and helped my fiancé end -to-end with designing my engagement ring and figuring out pricing for the item/understanding the shipping process. Whiteflash has an amazing selection of loose diamonds and an extensive full catalog of A.Jaffe engagement rings (the brand that my fiancé wanted to buy for my engagement ring). She has an incredible eye for detail and it has really helped alleviate a lot of my fiancé's stress because Brittany knew EXACTLY what to do and if the original setting had the ability to be customized or not. Her customer service is excellent and I'm really impressed that she's been able to help me and my finance with any/every question we've had. My engagement ring is the most BEAUTIFUL ring I've ever seen in my entire life. Brittany is THE person that helped with this special project and she executed it seamlessly. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
