My days continue to be brightened up by the blinding :-) light flashes from my upgraded ACA!

Whiteflash well and truly offer the best customer service that I have ever experienced in the jewelry world - but most importantly, their ACA diamonds are the very best! Now owning my second ACA (an upgrade), I receive regular compliments on the stone and selecting it was an absolute pleasure with the very capable help of Becca. She wasn't only extremely knowledgeable, but also exceptionally service orientated and helped all along, patiently answering questions, comparing stones, sending pictures and videos. The result is an incredible engagement ring that I wear with pride and joy. I have already been recommending Becca and Whiteflash to friends and am sure it is only a matter of time before I am will be back as a customer.

I absolutely love my engagement ring and wedding band set!

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here about a year ago, and he had such an incredible experience working with Michelle that we knew we wanted to come back for our wedding bands. We visited a few other stores, but nothing matched the level of service Michelle provided. She was extremely patient and helpful while working with us on both of our wedding bands. The shopping experience was phenomenal!

Easy to navigate, and tons of options to select the perfect diamonds with thoroughly listed details and photos (if available). I wanted to ensure the diamonds I bought were of the best cut quality possible and they too prioritized cut with their “a cut above” rated diamonds showing up first by default. All ideal cuts had several types of photos under various lights if you’re into that. I bought earring settings and when purchased with diamonds they set them for free! I especially liked the ability to select between natural and lab grown easily. They also have a feature where you can select multiple diamonds with similar features and sizes for things like earrings so that you get “matching” pairs with all the details of both diamonds! Fast shipping (although to no fault of white flash, fed ex was delayed by 2 days), however the option to ship to a FedEx secure pickup was amazing so then you don’t have to wait at home or be afraid of the package getting stolen or lost on your property. Customer service was also top notch, got an individualized email from a consultant (and a phone call) to ensure my experience was met and if I had needed any additional assistance. Highly recommend white flash.
