I shopped for an engagement ring at three well-known brick and mortar jewelry stores and could not find the quality or style I wanted. Initially I was uneasy making such a large purchase over the internet. But after starting the process with Michelle I was convinced Whiteflash was the way to go. This was the most enjoyable, educational, satisfying and fun buying experience I have ever had for any kind of product! Michelle was so patient, answering questions and showing me options over a several month period. She was completely professional and 100% responsive. I made the presentation over a romantic lunch. I brought the whole box to her, saying I’d gotten her a small gift for our “anniversary.” When she opened it she saw the smaller wood box which I pulled out and showed her, putting the ring on and asking for her hand. The best part… the stone and ring are mind blowing and my fiancé absolutely loves it! She LOVES it, the setting, the stone…everything about it. The stone really performs! And it all looks so beautiful on her hand! So thank you so very much for your expert advice on all of this. You are the best! I could not recommend this company more highly.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The ring is great! I just proposed and she said yes!
