Well… it was not a home run. It was a grand slam!

I shopped for an engagement ring at three well-known brick and mortar jewelry stores and could not find the quality or style I wanted. Initially I was uneasy making such a large purchase over the internet. But after starting the process with Michelle I was convinced Whiteflash was the way to go. This was the most enjoyable, educational, satisfying and fun buying experience I have ever had for any kind of product! Michelle was so patient, answering questions and showing me options over a several month period. She was completely professional and 100% responsive. I made the presentation over a romantic lunch. I brought the whole box to her, saying I’d gotten her a small gift for our “anniversary.” When she opened it she saw the smaller wood box which I pulled out and showed her, putting the ring on and asking for her hand.
