The ring is beautiful! My fiancée and I spent hours talking about what she did and didn't want, but it was ultimately up to me to make the selection. I looked at several online options, and WhiteFlash seemed like the best reviewed. I started an online chat and Becca was very helpful. She offered to call me to talk through it. I was afraid of having my number sold, but that didn't happen, just a real conversation with a real human. I ended up getting a 3-stone platinum band with two 0.25 ct ACA stones pre selected, and chose my own ACA center. Shipping was fast, and only had a 1-day delay, which I was notified about a few days in advance. Every one of those rocks is incredibly sparkly! Even the box it comes in is pretty! If you're thinking about buying an e-ring, I highly recommend Becca at WhiteFlash!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
