Wonderful company to do business with. Brittany was extremely helpful assisting me with all the details and I have nothing but praise for her. I presented the pendant to my wife yesterday on our anniversary and she was over the moon with it. As I knew she would, she looped it several times and was extremely pleased with her new "baby." Thanks for everything you and the team at Whiteflash have done to make this a memorable anniversary gift. You went above and beyond to help make sure this diamond pendant would be a winner, and you hit it out of the park. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
