Perfect 40th anniversary surprise.

My wife and I have been married for 40 years. When we were married, I had very little money so I was not able to purchase the ring that she deserved. 40 years later and 3 grown kids I now wanted to purchase a nice diamond ring for her. I look at some at Costco but was not impressed. I went on line and did some research on the 4 C's of buying a diamond and came across the name Whiteflash. I went on their website to looked and several of their white gold rings and diamonds and was impressed. I placed a small selection of rings in a cart. I then call Whiteflash and I spoke with Becca. Becca was fantastic to work with start to finish. She loved the ring selected and offered suggestions on the diamond. She suggested a particular round shape diamond to fit the setting on the ring. She sent me video of the diamond along with the GIA report. I was impressed! I ultimately purchased the wedding / engagement ring set. The rings arrived promptly at FedEx and I had no issue with the pickup. I highly Recommend Whiteflash and suggest you ask for Becca.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
