Brittany was the best during my purchase. Her response times via both email and phone are indescribable. Purchasing an engagement ring trying to ensure your money is well spent and trying very hard to get it right as selecting the ring for your future wife can be taxing on the man. She went way above and beyond, and all I can say is she helped me nail it. 100 percent perfection, my future bride is ecstatic! The proposal was beautiful and the look on her face as she saw the ring in the little beach chair positioned on the starfish as she read the message in the bottle, was one I'll never forget. She was immediately taken by the ring, such a huge smile on her face, has told me a hundred times how beautiful it is and how much she loves it and how I just nailed it from the ring to the presentation. I won't lie, I've glanced at her hand so many times and it is so perfect on her hand. And Oh My God...the sparkle on the beach I even saw it sparkle from across the room at a restaurant as I was walking back. So indescribably happy, it was all perfect!
