I worked with Becca at Whiteflash to purchase a ring for my 25th wedding anniversary, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Becca is truly amazing--she helped me find the perfect diamond with incredible patience and care. I was quite indecisive and changed my mind several times, but she never rushed me or pushed me toward a more expensive option. She gave me space to think, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure the decision was completely mine. Becca also sent me several pictures and videos, which were incredibly helpful in making comparisons and narrowing down my choices. The entire process was seamless, and to top it off, the ring arrived earlier than scheduled--an unexpected and very welcome surprise! When I opened the box, I was blown away. The ring is absolutely stunning--even more beautiful than I imagined. I love it and so so glad I went with the bigger stone. It honestly doesn’t look too big on my hand and I can’t get enough of it. I’m completely over the moon! I love the chain and pendant as well. It’s just perfect. Thank you all so much for your advice, patience, and support in helping me choose the perfect one.
