Truly superlative customer service. No notes. Slam dunk.

Loved them! My niece was thrilled to get them. I must compliment you on the process as well - the ease of use and level of detail of your webpage, very reasonable pricing, the follow-up on your behalf after the purchase, fast shipping, and even the packaging. Apparently something had spilled on the box during transit, so I was worried when I picked it up, but was promptly relieved to find the airtight padded bag within.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
