The shopping experience was phenomenal!

Easy to navigate, and tons of options to select the perfect diamonds with thoroughly listed details and photos (if available). I wanted to ensure the diamonds I bought were of the best cut quality possible and they too prioritized cut with their “a cut above” rated diamonds showing up first by default. All ideal cuts had several types of photos under various lights if you’re into that. I bought earring settings and when purchased with diamonds they set them for free! I especially liked the ability to select between natural and lab grown easily. They also have a feature where you can select multiple diamonds with similar features and sizes for things like earrings so that you get “matching” pairs with all the details of both diamonds! Fast shipping (although to no fault of white flash, fed ex was delayed by 2 days), however the option to ship to a FedEx secure pickup was amazing so then you don’t have to wait at home or be afraid of the package getting stolen or lost on your property. Customer service was also top notch, got an individualized email from a consultant (and a phone call) to ensure my experience was met and if I had needed any additional assistance. Highly recommend white flash.
