The lady at the front desk is accommodating and helps with your needs. Becca's helped us create my dream ring but better!! The ring came out beautifully! Came in the time frame they told us. The prices are better than the bigger names and home based for me so it's convenient, if I were to have issues (not that there are, just resizing for a polish I a few years) They have lunch time from 1-2 pm so be mindful of that! Can't wait to find more beautiful pieces from them in the future!!
