I want to thank everyone at Whiteflash for helping me purchase my fiance''''s ""Dream Ring"". Whiteflash was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the diamond that I wanted, and I could not have been happier with her. I also want to thank Whiteflash as a whole for helping individuals looking for a great deal with not having to pay for the name of a grossely overpriced brick and mortar based jewelry store. The quality of this ring actually surpasses the quality of most brick and mortar jewelry stores, and the price was so much lower than the b&m based counterparts. Whiteflash is truely a great company with great employees that play an important role in proving that excellent quality and service can be sought after when purchasing a serious piece of jewelry online. I recommend Whiteflash to everyone I know and I am proud to say that I purchased my fiance''''s custom ring through you. I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
