I could not be more pleased with the overall process in buying from Whiteflash.com. Your response time, patience with me, understanding, flexibility, and follow through are second to none. I started this process with local jewelers and felt that they were not listening to what I wanted. This was such an important process for me as I am sure it is for many guys. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
