It is absolutely beautiful!!!

I received the diamond on Friday. It is absolutely beautiful!!! I don''t know if Kathy(?) explained but I was originally looking at Eightstar diamonds at my local jeweler. I knew of Whiteflash obviously and I wanted to compare your ACA with the 8*. So I took the diamond into my jeweler and honestly I could not tell the difference between the two (except for the price!). I ordered the .708 because it most closely resembled the 8* that my dealer got in for me. However I actually would like a larger diamond, hopefully around 1ct, maybe slightly larger. So I would like to return this diamond and start looking for the real one! Can you give me an RMA number for it please and explain what I have to do? Thanks Katie!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
