I wanted to take the time to tell you that we are going with Whiteflash. I have been extremely impressed with the customer service I have received. You were kind, patient, and extremely quick with your responses. I can''t believe the quality of service I have received from Whiteflash. In the end it was the quality I knew I''d receive along with the price that sold me on your bracelet. The customer service broke was the ""cherry on the Sundae"". Believe it or not, I had one vendor tell me that if he were in my shoes, he''d pick Whiteflash over himself because he just couldn''t beat the price!!! Crazy isn''t it, but I guess that shows the level of respect between vendors on Pricescope. I''m sure the production and shipping will be met with equal care. I cannot wait to see the bracelet. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
