THANK YOU!!!! The ring look absolutely fantastic!!! I am so pleased!!! You have all been fantastic to work with -- you have gone above and beyond! I could swear that the stone has more sparkle than before! I haven''t been able to stop staring at it! I look forward to working with you all down the road for the band to accompany this ring -- Somehow, ""Thank You"" just does not express the gratitude that I feel for the help that you all have provided - everyone makes mistakes, but you all have absolutely righted the situation. My fiancée still gets excited seeing how much her ring sparkles!

Our experience with Whiteflash was exceptional! My significant other and I went around to a few well known places in the Houston area, although all great, we decided to go with Whiteflash for a few reasons that stuck out. As we made an appointment to visit the showroom, Becca was able to get an idea of what we were interested in and prepared a variety of options for us to view and fine tune what we were looking for. We also mentioned that we were still very new to understanding what attributes of a diamond to look for, and Becca patiently took the time to teach us and answer all of our questions in-person and through email.
