I had an extremely positive experience shopping with Whiteflash from start to finish. I spent a lot of time reviewing options for both brick-and-mortar and online retailers and concluded that Whiteflash had the best selection, prices, guarantees, and service. I worked with Liza throughout the process and she was very responsive and helpful. I was treated like a valued client and had a more pleasant experience than I have had at brick-and-mortar stores. The product was delivered on time and I was very satisfied with the documentation provided with the diamond as well as all the packaging. The ring itself was very accurately depicted in photos and I'm totally pleased with the fact that what I received is exactly what I expected and hoped for.
