I was initially a little bit worried about getting a diamond ring online. However, this whole experience turned out to be extremely positive. Customer service was great. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I was fortunate to work with Michelle, Jennifer, and Mariah. I was kept updated during the entire process. Shipping was fast, and I received the ring on the expected date. The ring exceeded my expectations, and my wife has been more than thrilled to wear it. Even the packaging looks as good as what is inside.
