Bob, I just wanted to write to give you a major, huge, tremendous thank you for taking the time to work with me and deliver EXACTLY (actually better than) what I was looking for. My fianc?©e (I proposed last night) absolutely LOVES the ring and also thanks you for the wonderful craftsmanship your company provides. What really made an enormous impression on me was the time you took to work with me to get exactly what I was looking for while also staying within my budget. You never tried to up-sell me and your level of customer service and professionalism did not diminish just because I wasn?ˆ™t buying the most expensive thing on your website. I can?ˆ™t even tell you how many times I went into a jewelry store and the level of service I received was dependant upon how much I was going to spend. This was an extremely refreshing experience and I want to express my utmost thanks to you, the jeweler, and your company for providing such a fantastic value and customer oriented service. I will continue thanking you in the best way that I know how by referring everyone that sees the ring and says how lovely it is to you and your company.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
