My fianc?©e (I proposed last night) absolutely LOVES the ring and also thanks you for the wonderful craftsmanship your company provides. What really made an enormous impression on me was the time you took to work with me to get exactly what I was looking for while also staying within my budget. You never tried to up-sell me and your level of customer service and professionalism did not diminish just because I wasn?ˆ™t buying the most expensive thing on your website. I can?ˆ™t even tell you how many times I went into a jewelry store and the level of service I received was dependant upon how much I was going to spend. This was an extremely refreshing experience and I want to express my utmost thanks to you, the jeweler, and your company for providing such a fantastic value and customer oriented service. I will continue thanking you in the best way that I know how by referring everyone that sees the ring and says how lovely it is to you and your company.
