Katie - Sorry it has taken me a bit to get back to you. I am very pleased with the ring that I purchased from you and I would certainly recommend the process to anyone. You were a great help, pleasant to deal with and kept me informed during the whole process. I thank you for taking the time to help me as you did. I just wanted to know the process for adjusting the sizing of the ring if necessary. If the ring does not fit perfectly or she would like it adjusted, how do we go about getting this done? Can you let me know of the procedure and the costs?
