Hi Bob, Yesterday was a busy day for me after receiving the ring, but I'd like to take this time to express my thanks to Whiteflash and especially to you for all the help you've given me in the past two weeks. As you probably know, the ring is simply gorgeous. I was stunned by its beauty and brilliance when I first opened the box, and I became instantly confident of the reaction it would elicit from my fiance when I offered it to her. Though hectic, the day clicked through as smoothly as I could have hoped, culminating in the presentation that will forever be one of the most treasured memories in our lives. The ring was the keystone of it all and I am grateful to have had your help in obtaining such a wonderful piece. Lee C p.s. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
